DP World appoints Essa Kazim as Chairman, Yuvraj Narayan as Group CEO

DP World has appointed Essa Kazim as Chairman of its Board of Directors and Yuvraj Narayan as Group Chief Executive Officer, the company announced.

Kazim currently serves as Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre and Chairman of Borse Dubai. He has held senior leadership roles in several national institutions and brings experience in financial and economic affairs.

Narayan has been with DP World since 2004 and has led various strategic initiatives linked to the company’s expansion into international markets. He has experience in financial management, corporate finance, supply chains and global trade.

Since 2005, Narayan has served as Group Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations and contributing to operational management.

DP World said the appointments align with its plans for long-term growth and its focus on global supply chains, as well as supporting Dubai’s position in international trade and logistics.
