Chilean President arrives in UAE for official visit

President Gabriel Boric Font of Chile arrived in Abu Dhabi today, marking the first visit by a Chilean president to the UAE since diplomatic relations were established in 1978.
Upon arrival at the Presidential Airport, President Boric was welcomed by Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Head of the Honorary Mission accompanying the President, along with UAE Ambassador to Chile Mohammed Saeed Al Neyadi and several officials.
During the visit, President Boric Font will engage in discussions with President Sheikh Mohamed, focusing on enhancing cooperation in economic, commercial, and developmental sectors.
The talks aim to support the shared objectives of sustainable development and prosperity for both nations.
