Abu Dhabi announces free parking, toll timings for New Year 2025

Abu Dhabi authorities have declared that surface parking will be free of charge on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, with fees resuming at 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 2, 2025. The Musaffah M-18 truck parking lot will also be free during the holiday.
Additionally, the Darb toll gate system will waive charges on January 1, resuming toll fees during peak hours (7:00–9:00 AM and 5:00–7:00 PM) the following day.
Abu Dhabi Mobility has reminded motorists to park only in designated areas, avoid residential parking spaces from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and refrain from obstructive behaviors that disrupt traffic flow.
The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) confirmed that Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed on January 1, with operations resuming on January 2. Essential services will still be accessible online through platforms such as the Abu Dhabi Mobility website, Darbi and Darb apps, and TAMM. For inquiries, residents can contact the unified Service Support Centre at 800850 or the Taxi Call Centre at 600535353, available around the clock.
Public bus services will operate on the weekend and official holiday schedule, with additional intercity and regional trips to accommodate increased demand. Details of bus service timings can be accessed via the Abu Dhabi Mobility website, Darbi app, or Google Maps.
