In the past six weeks, more than 1.4 million people visited Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, as the Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday.

Between Dhul-Qadah 1 and Dhul-Hijjah 14, the sacred site welcomed 762,101 male visitors and 641,539 female visitors.

Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, located between the Prophet’s house and his pulpit, holds significant religious importance for Muslims. It spans 330 square meters and can accommodate 800 visitors per hour, with each visitor spending an average of 10 minutes in the area.

Visits are managed through appointment bookings verified via the Nusuk and Tawakkalna applications. Upon arrival, visitors scan their QR codes and are directed to waiting areas before entering the holy site.
