Israel forces mercilessly shoot & kill babies, says Jewish doc

Gaza: A Jewish doctor of American origin disclosed that Israel is unleashing extreme brutality against little babies in Gaza. An orthopaedic surgeon and vice president of the International College of Surgeons, Mark Perlmutter, revealed that he has evidence with him to back that Israel is torturing babies in the enclave. Perlmutter did voluntary work in war-torn territory from April to May this year.

He said Israeli snipers are deliberately killing children in Gaza by shooting them in the chest and head. In an interview given to the CBS News broadcaster, he said that two babies were brought to him with gunshot wounds in the chest and head.

He has photos of the two with him. He could not place the stethoscope precisely on the chest of the shot baby, who was also shot in the head. The 'best sniper in the world' would never accidentally shoot a little boy twice, he said, adding that the shots were intended to kill.

He continued that he never believed that so many children would be admitted to a single hospital with gunshot wounds to their heads.

More than 20 doctors who recently served in Gaza said they witnessed children being shot, CBS News reported.

In other news, 14 Palestinian factions, including rival groups Hamas and Fatah, have signed the Beijing Declaration in China, culminating in a reconciliation dialogue held from July 21-23 to end longstanding divisions and foster unity among Palestinian groups, Reuters reported.

The agreement, announced during a closing ceremony attended by China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi, signifies a renewed commitment to reconciliation. This follows an April meeting in China where Hamas and Fatah discussed efforts to resolve 17 years of disputes. The Beijing Declaration outlines the establishment of an interim national reconciliation government to govern Gaza post-war, a critical step towards stabilizing the region.
