Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, together with two ministers and officials, on Saturday, called upon Governor RN Ravi and urged him to forward the Bill seeking exemption from NEET to President Ram Nath Kovind for assent.

In September, the TN Assembly had passed the Bill seeking exemption from the medical entrance exam. Instead, admissions to medical colleges shall be based on Plus-2 marks scored by students.
