Video of students cleaning toilet at a Karnataka school emerges

Bengaluru: Footage showed two students cleaning toilet in a government school in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapur on Monday.
This is the third incident to have taken place in the government school over the past two months forming pattern in the state.
In another incident previously at the Yelavalli Morarji Desai Residential School in Kolar, students had to get into toilet pits.
Earlier, a similar incident was reported from Andarahalli Government School in Bengaluru, sparking protests.
A state government team came to record statements from the students after the incident at the Government Senior Primary School in Chikkaballapur went viral.
A viral video in December last year showed students in Shivamogga cleaning and scrubbing school toilets.
As the incident sparked protest, the Karnataka Education Department suspended the headmistress of the school.
