Next to be arrested is Sisodia: Kejriwal wants PM to arrest his colleagues together
text_fieldsNew Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal warned that it would be his deputy Manish Sisodia next to be arrested on fabricated charges by the Central agencies.
Kejriwal claimed that the sources who had informed that about the arrest of the Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain months before, have conveyed about it.
Days before, Satyendar Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on money laundering charges.
Talking to the Press, the Delhi Chief Minister urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to put all his ministers and MLAs behind the bar together at a time, so that they could resume their public work which would be affected if elected members were arrested one by one.
"Sisodia has given a bright future to thousands of children in the state… By putting people like Satyendar Jain and Manish Sisodia behind bars in false cases, they want to stop the good work that they are doing in the fields of health and education," he added.
"Nothing could scare us, not the least these arrests," Kejriwal said, urging the Central government to continue their raids as did five years ago, to emerge with a clean chit and get a certificate of being the honest and patriotic from the Centre.
