Mumbai: Bollywood actress Fatima Sana Shaikh is preparing to play former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in Sam Bahadur. She shared a picture of the book titled 'Indira - The Life Of Indira Nehru Gandhi' on social media.
Saha wrote that it is an interesting book on the politician's life. "Halfway though... I highly recommend it." She also shared a glimpse behind-the-scenes with a picture of her sitting in front of the mirror from the sets.
Sam Bahadur features Vicky Kaushal in the titular role of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. Sanya Malhotra will be playing his wife Silloo. The Meghna Gulzar directorial is one of the most anticipated biographical dramas.
Manekshaw was the chief of the Indian Army in 1971 when India fought the Bangladesh Liberation War with Pakistan.
