The government-enforced restriction due to the rising COVID situation, the shooting of Ranbir starrer bollywood movie 'Brahmastra' put on hold. The big budget film of filmmaker Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra', a science-fiction, is the latest to be delayed because of the second wave of COVID surge.

'Brahmastra' stars both Ranbir Kapoor and Ali Bhatt in the lead roles with Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna in supporting roles while Shahrukh Khan in a special cameo.

The film was due to finish shooting this month although it has faced major setbacks including both leads testing positive for COVID-19 and now shooting restrictions.

The trailer promo release has also been postponed although new reports suggest that it may be completed in time for a late November-early December release.
