After the murder of senior Al Qaeda leader Abu Mohsin Al Masri, Afghan president Ashraf Ghani congratulated Afghan's security force.
Al Masri, who was in the top wanted list of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was killed during a military operation led by Afghanistan's National Directorate of Security (NDS).
