BCCI signs Rs 130 crore-plus home cricket partnerships with Campa, SBI Life, ChatGPT

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has signed a two-season partnership worth more than Rs 130 crore with Campa, SBI Life and ChatGPT as Associate Partners for India’s home cricket.

The agreements will run from India’s upcoming home series against the West Indies through March 2028. The combined value of the three deals is 44 per cent higher than the previous cycle, reflecting the commercial appeal of Indian cricket.

The partnerships bring together brands from the beverage, insurance and artificial intelligence sectors and cover India’s bilateral home cricket during the two-season period.

BCCI president Mithun Manhas said the partnerships reflected the strength of Indian cricket and the confidence brands continue to place in the sport.

“The big increase in the combined value of these partnerships is particularly encouraging,” Manhas said, adding that it reflected brands’ confidence in the reach, engagement and commercial potential associated with the BCCI.

BCCI honorary secretary Devajit Saikia said the 44 per cent increase in combined deal value demonstrated strong demand for association with Indian cricket.

The announcement comes as the Indian teams enter a busy phase. The men’s team will play a three-match T20I series against Afghanistan in Delhi from September 13 to 17, with all three matches scheduled at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

The Indian women’s team is currently in Dubai for the Women’s Asia Cup, which is being played from August 28 to September 13. India have already reached the knockout stage.
