New York: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States has retrieved several crashed unidentified flying objects (UFOs) from around the world, The Daily Mail reported.
The agency’s secret unit the Office of Global Access (OGA) is reportedly involved in the task of collecting ‘non-human craft’.
The existence of UFOs continue to be a mystery amid increasing claims of their sightings which scientists mostly denied.
CIA’s unit collected at least nine UFOs in top secret operations, according to the report.
The news outlet citing insiders said that at least two of the retrieved UFOs are intact but some are damaged from crashes.
The OGA, working under CIA's Science and Technology Directorate, has involved significantly since 2003 in collecting aircraft believed to be non-human.
Those who were involved in collecting UFOs directly briefed the sources that Daily Mail accessed.
The agency has a system to ‘discern UFOs that are cloaked’ and special military units are sent to collect them when they land on Earth, according to the report.
The retrieval of UFOs are carried out by the US military as the Office of Global Access (OGA) protects the secrecy of the missions.
The agency also works with SEALs to carry out the missions.
This revelation comes amid claims that the US government must be hiding advanced vehicles of non-human origin.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer demanded the disclosure of ‘recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence’ earlier this year.
