Rahul swipes at Modi on 'Kotler Presidential Award'

New Delhi: Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi never lets go an opportunity to troll PM Modi.

His latest swipe at Modi appeared on Twitter soon after Modi was awarded the first-ever Philip Kotler Presidential Award on Monday.

Tweeting in response to the award, Rahul said  “I want to congratulate our PM, on winning the world famous 'Kotler Presidential Award'! In fact it's so famous it has no jury, has never been given out before & is backed by an unheard of Aligarh company...”

Kicking up a row, he attached a report from the online publication The Wire which questioned clarity about jury and selection process for the award.

The publication also said the award was given by the World Marketing Summit an organization that conducted an event in Delhi in December. The said programme was co-sponsered by Patanjali and Republic TV.
