In this interview, Tamil Actor Suriya talks about his new film 'Soorarai Pottru' which is inspired by the life of aviation pioneer Captain Gopinath. The actor showers praise on the film's director Sudha Kongara, who he says pushed him to discover new and different things about himself as an actor while preparing to play the part. Soorarai Pottru started streaming on Amazon Prime Video on November 12, 2020.
The film's cinematography by Niketh Bommiredy is splendid capturing the vistas of rural Sholavandan like mountains and rich, dry landscapes. G.V Prakash's songs are already being lauded with 'Usurey' and 'Veyyon Silli' attracting quite a bit of attention.
