King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain arrived in Abu Dhabi today for a private visit to the United Arab Emirates.
Upon his arrival, King Hamad was warmly welcomed by UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the airport.
Along with the President, key figures present to greet the Bahraini monarch included Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court.
The visit marks another chapter in the strong ties between Bahrain and the UAE.
