Vivo launches V40 Lite with titanium silver finish, AI-powered aura light

Vivo has officially launched its latest smartphone, the V40 Lite 5G, as part of its V40 series. The new device features a Titanium Silver finish and a Diamond Starry Texture, offering a distinctive look. The phone’s design includes a Cushion-Cut Diamond Camera, available in multiple color options such as Dynamic Black and Dreamy Violet.

Equipped with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, the V40 Lite 5G is designed with a slim profile at just 7.79 mm and a Metallic High-Gloss Frame. The phone also features IP64 dust and water resistance and a Wet-Hand Touch technology that maintains screen responsiveness when touched with wet fingers.

Powering the V40 Lite 5G is a 5000 mAh battery, capable of 80W FlashCharge for rapid charging. The battery is designed for long-term performance, with Vivo claiming up to four years of battery health. The device runs on the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 platform, reaching processing speeds up to 2.2 GHz, offering efficient power consumption due to its 4 nm architecture.

Memory management features include Extended RAM, which can support up to 12 GB for enhanced multitasking. The phone offers storage expansion of up to 1 TB, providing flexibility for users to store large amounts of data without performance issues.

On the camera front, the V40 Lite 5G is equipped with a 50 MP main camera, a 32 MP portrait camera, and an 8 MP ultra wide-angle lens capable of 120° shots. The camera system is supported by Vivo's AI Aura Light, offering enhanced lighting and AI-based tools such as AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance for improved image quality.

The phone's 120 Hz AMOLED display is paired with Dual Stereo Speakers and Audio Booster technology, aiming to provide a better viewing and audio experience.

The Vivo V40 Lite 5G is now available with a starting price of SAR 1199.
