Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) Group, the UAE's largest operator of integrated economic zones, and Saudi Arabia’s Delmon Industrial Complex have signed a 50-year land lease to establish a cutting-edge plant in ICAD III (KEZAD Musaffah), designed to support the oil and gas industry in the region.
With an investment of Dh50 million from Delmon Industrial Complex, the plant will manufacture and supply essential products for oil and gas companies in the UAE and beyond. This new venture marks a strategic expansion for Delmon Industrial Complex, a part of the Delmon Group, which has been a key player in mining, oil and gas, chemicals, construction and logistics since its establishment in 1981 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Delmon Group also provides solar solutions as part of its offerings.
The upcoming facility in KEZAD represents Delmon Group’s commitment to expanding its footprint into the UAE. The plant, covering approximately 59,000 square meters, will engage in exploration, extraction, and refining, transforming minerals into specialized products tailored for the oil and gas sector. This development aligns Delmon Industrial Complex with KEZAD’s growing community of manufacturers dedicated to servicing the industry and bolstering local manufacturing.
