Kerala-based auditing firm P.A.H Intellect enters Saudi market

Jeddah: Kerala-based auditing and consultancy firm P.A.H Intellect has officially launched its operations in Saudi Arabia, a key step in its global expansion plan. It is the first Indian auditing and consultancy company to start operations in the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia will serve as the firm’s Middle East headquarters. The management said it plans to expand next into other GCC countries and Australia.

The expansion is led by Rasikh Ahmed, son of the late P. Abdul Hameed, founder of P.A. Hameed and Associates in Kozhikode. Established in 1984, P.A.H Intellect has four decades of experience in business advisory and financial auditing services in India. The firm specializes in audit, governance and taxation, offering reliable risk, financial and business advisory services.

The Saudi launch event took place at the Voco Hotel in Jeddah, attended by business leaders, entrepreneurs and media representatives. Speaking at the event, Rasikh Ahmed said the firm aims to provide transparent and legally compliant auditing services that strengthen businesses. He added that P.A.H Intellect is entering the market with advanced AI-integrated resources to ensure high professional standards in auditing and accounting.

Partner and Director Ashraf Moitheen said the firm provides expert financial and business advisory services across diverse industries and aims to rank among the global “Big Four” consultancy firms.

“We collaborate with top business specialists to deliver AI-driven solutions for the financial modernization and growth of SMEs, corporates and mid-sized companies”, he said.

P.A.H Intellect Director Abdurrahman Khalid, Partner Abdulrahman Saimeldahar and Head of Finance Ameer Ihsan also spoke at the event.
