Jeddah to host fourth Hajj conference, exhibition in January

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the fourth Hajj Conference and Exhibition is set to take place from January 13 to 16 in Jeddah. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, this event aims to enhance Hajj services through collaboration, innovation and dialogue among key stakeholders.

The conference will draw participation from an impressive array of attendees, including ministers, ambassadors, academics, diplomatic representatives, and service providers. A total of 250 entities from the public, private and non-profit sectors across 87 countries are expected to attend. The event will focus on improving the quality of services for pilgrims, strengthening transparency and competitiveness among Hajj-related organizations, and exchanging expertise.

This year’s program includes 47 panel discussions and 50 workshops addressing the challenges in Hajj service delivery and exploring opportunities for supporting innovative projects. The conference seeks to provide actionable solutions to enhance the pilgrim experience and strengthen global cooperation in the sector.

Complementing the conference is a specialized exhibition, the largest in its history, spanning 50,000 square meters and featuring 280 exhibitors. The exhibition will showcase cutting-edge technologies and services tailored to enrich the Hajj journey, reflecting the Kingdom’s commitment to leveraging innovation in pilgrimage management.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited experts and participants from across the globe to join the event, with registration details available on the official website, hajjconfex.com.

The previous edition of the conference demonstrated its global significance, with participation from 87 countries, the signing of 202 cooperation agreements, and an accompanying exhibition that drew over 100,000 visitors. This year’s edition aims to build on that momentum and further solidify Saudi Arabia’s leadership in facilitating a seamless and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage experience.
