Gulf Madhyam has announced a speech competition for students in Bahrain as part of India’s 80th Independence Day celebrations.
The contest, titled KIMSHEALTH Junior Voice of India, invites children to speak on India’s independence, its history, achievements and national pride.
The competition is open to students aged 4 to 12 who are studying in Bahrain. Students who are currently in India during the school vacation can also take part.
Participants can deliver their speeches in English or Malayalam.
Entries must be recorded in reel format, with each video lasting between 1.5 and 2 minutes.
The top 10 finalists will be selected from the entries. The first three winners and the remaining seven finalists will receive special prizes.
Videos of the top 10 participants will also be featured on Gulf Madhyam’s official social media platforms.
Students must send their speech video along with their name, age, school and father’s name through WhatsApp to 3461 9565.
Registration will be open from August 12 to August 22.
