While pandemic has brought a paradigm shift in the education sector with changes like online teaching which has not gone down well with most students. We all have observed that the performance of students in various school exams has gone down over this period and is relatively much lower than the average performance during pre-COVID times. CBSE schools in Bahrain resumed their offline classes w.e.f. September 2022 and since then there is a gradual spike in their learning and application.
Such performance is reflected in students’ ability to write long answer type questions, questions involving numerical calculations, focus for longer duration in classes and exams understand the basic concepts behind a topic.
Now the school and board exams are approaching. Even with this limited time, the right approach and planning can enhance one’s performance. FIITJEE shares a few tips for CBSE students:
Every chapter has some key concepts, important topics and references. Identify them and make extremely short notes highlighting the Keywords for quick recalls.
Make a formula booklet containing chapter-wise formulae.
Write as many mock tests as possible and get them evaluated by your teacher. Go for a self-test analysis. Analyze not only your mistakes but even for questions where you scored full, think of making those answers better.
Since the beginning of December, FIITJEE has been supporting its students through mock tests for developing their examination temperament, test analysis, one-to-one doubt classes and helping these students to bring back their habits of writing and improvising in their presentation. This is in addition to providing them with formula booklets, short notes and time-to-time general tips.
Since January 2023, FIITJEE is also offering FREE Revision Classes in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology for the students of CBSE currently studying in Grades VI to XII.
