Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Cadre IAS Officer Dr Raju Narayana Swamy unveiled his latest literary work, "Cyber Law, Crimes, Forensics and Cyber Security: A 1,7, 1...Introductory Approach."
The book, released by 'Metro Man' Sri E. Sreedharan, marks the 32nd publication by Dr. Swamy and features a series of 171 questions and answers, catering to both novices venturing into the field and advanced learners, including LLM students.
Dr. Swamy's comprehensive exploration extends beyond Cyber Forensics and Cyber Security, delving into cutting-edge technological concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Quantum Computing.
The veteran IAS officer, known as Kerala's anticorruption crusader, brings a wealth of experience to his writing. Having served as the Central Observer of the Election Commission of India, he made headlines for his record number of duties, including an international observer role in the 2018 Zimbabwe Elections.
Dr. Swamy's accolades include the Leonardo da Vinci Fellowship in 2021, presented by the Center for Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy, George Mason University, recognizing his scholarly contributions to intellectual property law.
His commitment to professional integrity earned him the 2018 Satyendra K. Dubey Memorial Award by IIT Kanpur, and he is also a recipient of the prestigious Homi Bhabha Fellowship in cyber law.
A graduate of IIT Madras with a BTech in computer science and engineering, Dr Swamy holds a PG Diploma from the National Law School, Bangalore, and an LL M from NLU Delhi, both adorned with gold medals.
