Mankada: In a suspected case of moral policing, a 40-year-old man was beaten to death by locals at Koottil near Mankada in Malappuram district.
Nazeer of Kunnassery, who was brutally assaulted by a group of local people, died at a hospital in Perinthalmanna.
Sources said the incident happened in the wee hours of Tuesday.
