Malappuram: Sayyid Munavvar Ali Shihab Thangal has been elected as the new state president of the Muslim Youth League.
A meeting of the MYL leaders held at Panakkad in Malappuram on Thursday also elected P. K Firoz as general secretary and M.A Samad as treasurer.
Muslim League state general secretary K.P.A Majeed, former Industries Minister P.K Kunjalikutty and district president Sadiqali Thangal attended the meeting.
