Kochi: The Kerala High Court Tuesday ordered demolition of Biju Ramesh’s Rajadhani Building at East Fort, which has been found to encroach upon the Thekkanamkara canal.
The division bench directed the district authority to demolish the part without damaging the main building.
Meanwhile, Biju Ramesh said he would appeal against the court verdict.
The vigilance wing had found several violations of norms in the construction of the building.
