Uttar Pradesh class 2 student ‘sacrificed’ for school's ‘success’

Hathras: Five people, including the director of a school in Pradesh's Hathras, have been arrested for allegedly sacrificing a class 2 student in ‘black magic’ to bring ‘success’ to the school, NDTV reported.

Those arrested included the child’s father, and three teachers of the DL Public School at Rasgawan.

It is reported citing the police that the school director’s father Dinesh Baghel believed in "black magic".

The accused planned to kill the boy near a tubewell outside the school.

While he was taken out of the hostel, the child started screaming forcing them to strangle him to death.

Police reportedly recovered items related to "black magic" near the school.

The accused previously on September 6 tried to "sacrifice" a 9-year-old student which had failed.

The student's father, Krishan Kushwaha, in his complaint said that he got a call from the school administration Monday saying that his son had fallen ill.

On reaching school, authorities told him that the school director had rushed his son to a hospital, according to the police.

Krishan Kushwaha found his son’s body in Baghel's car, according to NDTV.
