Salem: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on Wednesday evening criticized its breakaway faction AMMK and Stalin's DMK for carrying out rumours about AIADMK government. Ahead of Tamil Nadu legislative Assembly election, Chief Minister held campaigns at, Vaniyambadi, Jolarpet, Ambur and Tirupattur town on Wednesday.
He said that AMMK's TTV Dinakaran tried to break the party and topple this government by taking away 18 MLAs from AIADMK. While speaking to media persons with Party office-bearers in Omalur in Salem district he questioned former Chief Minister Jayalalitha's confidante VK Sasikala on property confiscation.
He said "like in any other party if cadres are found with anti-party activities they will be expelled".

Sharpening the criticism against DMK Chief MK Stalin, he accused that Stalin is distributing welfare assistance only in his Kolathur constituency and also criticized Stalin's outreach program in state as 'mere drama'.
Palaniswami also figured out DMK's 'double standard' in Rajiv Gandhi Assassination Case. He mentionedthe late DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi's decision in 2000 when he was the Chief Minister to pass a resolution seeking enforcement of death sentence to the convicts except Nalini.
"You can't escape from that. I have the evidence.Wherever you want I will come and show it. Ready to place before the public as they are the best judges" he said.
Meanwhile when criticizing Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) he said 'AIADMK will not be slave to a family nor allow it to rule".
He also urged cadres to take a pledge for the victory of AIADMK government in upcoming election.
