Kathua: Security personnel on Sunday gunned down a terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua, India Today reported.
The terrorist was killed amid the ongoing encounter in the area.
However, during the exchange of fire, the police personal who killed the terrorist was fatally shot.
A few other security personnel who suffered injuries are undergoing treatment.
Senior police officials are probing the incident while a search operation for other terrorists have been launched.
