Shiv Sena, led by Eknath Shinde, contributes Rs 11 crore for Ayodhya Ram Temple construction

Mumbai: The Shiv Sena, under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, made a significant donation of Rs 11 crore towards the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

A delegation of party leaders, including MP Shrikant Shinde, Maharashtra Industries Minister Uday Samant, party spokespersons Naresh Mhaske and Ashish Kulkarni, along with party secretary Bhau Chowdhary, met Champat Rai, the general secretary of Shree Ram Mandir Teerth Khestra, to present the contribution.

During their meeting, the Shiv Sena delegation handed over a cheque amounting to Rs 11 crore to Champat Rai, marking the party's contribution towards the construction of the revered Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

The donation comes ahead of the consecration ceremony scheduled for January 22, signifying the commitment of Shiv Sena, led by Eknath Shinde, to support the monumental project of building the Ram Temple.
