Jaipur: The Rajasthan Government on Thursday announced a complete lockdown in the state from 5 AM on May 10 to 5 AM on May 24, given the surge in covid-19 cases. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced the lockdown while chairing a cabinet meeting on the spread of COVID-19 in the state.
As per the new guidelines announced on Thursday, marriages shall remain cancelled till May 31, MNREGS remain suspended, all religious place remain closed, and inter-state transport suspended during the lockdown period. Those coming from outside the state shall have to submit an RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours of the journey.
