Raj Thackeray warned against communal slogan in rally

New Delhi: Pune Police warned Raj Thackeray against insulting any community in his speech in today's rally.

MNS chief will face legal action in case of breaking 13 conditions issued to him by Swargate police station.

Thackeray has to be wary of not causing ill-will among people during the rally at Ganesh Kala Krida Manch here.

The communique from the police said citizens attending the meeting should follow self-discipline.

Participants should not insult any community or create tension between communities.

Organisers have to create awareness among attendees against raising offensive slogans, according to the communique.

The number of people attending the rally should be within the capacity of the auditorium. The organisers have to follow the noise norms set by the Supreme Court.

The police letter directed attendees not to carry weapons to the rally.

His previous rallies at Gudi Padwa in Mumbai and Aurangabad were controversial, after he challenged the government demanding the removal of loudspeakers from mosques.

Thackeray might give reasons for postponing his June 5 visit to Ram Temple in Ayodhya, according to India Today.
