New Delhi: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi shared a throwback picture of her father and former Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi, along with a heartfelt note on his 79th birth anniversary on Sunday.
The picture in question was clicked by veteran Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan, who had good relations with Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi. The post also included an old video of Gandhi.
Taking to Instagram, Priyanka shared the photo along with a montage video of her father, with a backdrop song of ‘jeena isi ka naam hain’ from the 1959 film ‘Anari’, which was sung by Mukesh. The film starred Raj Kapoor and Nutan.
