Mumbai realtor gives contract to kill friend, but gets killed

Mumbai: A man who had given contract to kill his friend was killed by the same killers he hired in Mumbai.

Property dealers Aamir Khanzada and Sumit Jain, who were friends, went missing since August 21, NDTV reported.

The police had been clueless about their vanishing until they found a Baleno car near Mumbai Pune Expressway two days later.

The car had bullet marks, two empty cartridges and blood inside, Deepak Sakore, a senior police officer of Navi Mumbai reportedly said.

The breakthrough for the case came when Vitthal Nakade, who was a friend of Sumit Jain's, was arrested.

Amir Khanzada and Sumit Jain, residents of Nerul, had fallen out over a land deal and gone missing since the night of August 21.

Vitthal Nakade told the police that Sumit Jain landed in heavy debts and gained a plot of land through fraud.

When Aamir began blackmailing him for a share, Sumit hired a contract killer to kill Aamir, giving him ₹ 50 lakh, according to the report.

It is reported that Sumit Jain and Vitthal Nakade made all the planning in a day or two.

There came about a twist after Sumit Jai was found dead, and a question emerged who killed him?

When police arrested more men linked to Vitthal Nakade, a big revelation came.

Officer Sakore said that on the night of August 21 at 11 pm, Sumit Jain and Vitthal Nakhade got Aamir Khanzada in the car and shot him dead.

They disposed his body and afterwards Sumit shot himself in leg to cripple him, thus to stay out of suspicion.

However, a fight broke out between two killers that left Sumit not getting medical help as he was bleeding profusely and died.

Nakhade disposed of his body too, thus Sumit who arranged the killers also died.

Later police found out Amir Khanzada's body near Karnala Bird Sanctuary and Sumit Jain's body on Pen-Khopoli Road.
