Kejriwal chief corrupt, Sisodia No.1 accused: Anurag Thakur

New Delhi: Union minister Anurag Thakur slammed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) hard on Saturday, alleging that Delhi that Deputy CM Manish Sisodia is the No. 1 accused in the excise policy irregularities case and Arvind Kejriwal, the chief of corruption, IANS reported.

Thakur said that Manish Sisodia makes money and maintains silence and called the latter "Money Shh…."

Talking to reporters at BJP headquarters, a day after CBI raided Sisodia regarding the case, Thakur said that it is visible to the nation, along with the whole world, how corrupt AAP was.

While Kejriwal makes new records of corruption, latest the liquor scam, Sisodia can't even reply to reporters' questions, he said. Both should clarify whether blacklisted companies were granted liquor contracts, he demanded and called the AAP government in the national capital 'Revadi' and 'Bevdi'.

He asked, "Manufacturing companies are not allowed to get contracts for retail, so why did they give this permission? Why have they gone soft towards the liquor traders?"

He asked why the AAP government increased the commission of liquor contracts from 2 per cent to 12 per cent and questioned Sisodia's relationship with the other accused in the case.

He claimed that AAP leaders of running away from questions and asserted that they are running away from the truth and will do the same to the public.
