Furious Delhi Uber driver ditches woman & friend midway, midnight!

New Delhi: In Delhi, an Uber driver asked two passengers, a woman and her male friend, to leave his cab at midnight and midway to the passengers' destination after he got angry over an argument involving Pakistan. The woman passenger filmed the incident and shared it online, which went viral, The Free Press Journal reported.

The video shows the driver hurling hateful slurs at the two passengers during the incident that happened on Friday night.

The driver could be heard yelling, "Yes, you are Pakistani *******. Yes, and you are also," at the woman and her friend.

Meanwhile, the woman could be heard saying, "This man has left us on the road at 12:30 (in the night). This is Modiji's India."

The man again yells at the woman, "Halala ki aulad ho tum log (You all are offsprings of Halala)", as translated by The Free Press Journal.

The woman said that the driver was overhearing the woman's conversation with her friend. The male friend was talking about his observation about the people of Delhi and his relatives in Pakistan, during which the driver heard something which offended him.

Later, the video starts with the driver expressing his being offended, and later, an outburst could be seen from him. Before the outburst, the driver could be heard warning the male passenger to "control his words". Learning that the driver got offended, the woman clarified that her friend was making a general observation about the people of Delhi, and it had nothing to do with him or Pakistan. The male friend told the driver that he took his statement in the wrong context.

But, the driver got furious, stopped the car and asked his passengers to get down midway and at midnight.

The woman shared the video on social media, saying that the incident shocked her. The video went viral and gathered a large number of comments and reactions.
