Indian singer Armaan Malik said he will be collaborating with English singer Ed Sheeran for his next single. He had earlier hinted that his next project is bigger than his fans can imagine.
Ed Sheeran will be releasing a song titled '2Step' on Tuesday which features Malik. The Indian singer had said the song means a lot to him. He added that he is beyond excited to be featured on this version of 2step with Ed Sheeran! "He's always been such an inspiration, and I'm a big fan of his music and incredible songwriting".
2Step is reported to have 13 global remixed versions featuring artists from all over the world - the United States, Ireland, Brazil, Finland, Italy, Sweden, Australia, France, and the United Kingdom.
Malik added that this is a huge moment for him and other Indian artists. "I genuinely believe that this will be the beginning for a lot more collaborations of this nature," said the singer. He took to Instagram to share an image featuring a butterfly in red background and captioned it "out tomorrow".
2Step is said to be about confidence and finding power in your art while leaning on loved ones. "When we have the support of the people we love, we can overcome any adversity. Nothing can keep us from moving forward. Two steps at a time," said Malik. The song will be out on all music streaming platforms Tomorrow.
This will be Armaan Malik's second international collaboration after his project Echo with popular K-pop star Eric Nam and American musician KSHMR. He recently completed 14 years in the music industry.
