CBSE portal copes with heavy traffic during verification, re-evaluation window

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) said its verification and re evaluation portal recorded nearly 14,000 concurrent users and over 28,000 successful submissions by 10pm on Tuesday, amid an unprecedented surge in demand.

Officials said the portal has been upgraded after extensive student feedback. Improvements include extended session time limits to reduce disruptions and improve the user experience.

CBSE headquarters confirmed technical teams are monitoring the platform round the clock to keep it secure, reliable and accessible.

The verification and re evaluation process is a crucial step for many students seeking clarification or corrections to examination results. With a tight academic calendar, the board’s ability to manage large traffic volumes is being hailed as a notable achievement in digital infrastructure.

Education experts said CBSE’s proactive measures demonstrate its commitment to transparency and responsiveness. The extended session times are expected to ease difficulties students often face from time outs during peak hours.

The portal’s smooth performance this year is particularly important due to heightened demand for re evaluation across multiple subjects. Students and parents have welcomed CBSE’s assurance of continuous monitoring to prevent glitches and ensure seamless submissions.

The board reiterated it will continue to adapt its digital platforms based on real time feedback, underlining its focus on student welfare and academic fairness.
