In response to the remarks from "World's Sweetest Terrorist" Arvind Kejriwal denies all allegations of separatism.
The Congress and BJP attacked the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief over a video in which a former party leader, Kumar Vishwas, claimed he had spoken of becoming the prime minister of a separate state. The Punjab election will take place on Sunday.
Mr Kejriwal said, "They are calling me a terrorist. It is a comedy - a laughing matter. If that is true, then why does not (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi-ji arrest me?"
"I must be the world's nicest terrorist, a terrorist who can provide schools, hospitals, electricity, roads and water," said the Delhi Chief Minister.
Priyanka Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and PM Modi targeted Mr Kejriwal and AAP over the Kumar Vishwas video last Thursday.
AAP founder member Vishwas makes the following statement in the video: "Once, he (Kejriwal) told me that he would either become Punjab's chief minister or the first Prime Minister of a nation that was independent (Khalistan). He wants power at all costs."
"Everyone is against us," he said. "They are saying I am a terrorist plotting to divide the country. They are saying I will be a PM in one part of the country. What have their security agencies been doing?" The Minister of State for Home Affairs replied.
