2nd video of angry Bihari officer; calls 'bast***s, idiots, donkeys'

Patna: After one video of a Bihari bureaucrat verbally abusing a junior officer surfaced and triggered controversy, a new video shows him using swear words at IAS officers. He can be heard calling "bast***s, idiots, donkeys", NDTV reported.

The fresh video, recorded from a video conference, appeared a day after the state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar ordered a probe into the bureaucrat KK Pathak's conduct. In the video, Pathak could be heard saying that none there understands anything without abuses being hurled at their mothers and sisters.

In the fresh video, he could be heard ordering to remove all cooperatives. He says that they will distribute everything themselves. "…the rascals keep saying that 'sir' will do it. Everyone is 'sir' here. Who is the common person in Bihar?" NDTV quoted the bureaucrat.

First he addresses an officer from Rohtas district saying, "kahan mar gaya Rohtas (where did Rohtas die)". Then he orders the officer from Bikramganj to find the "monkey sitting in the cooperative" and take it over. He called another officer, "Ullu Ka Pattha" (son of an owl), an idiot and said, "all of them are useless donkeys."

After the first video went viral, where Pathak verbally slammed an officer, three days ago, the Bihar Administrative Service Association condemned his actions and demanded his sacking.

Reports suggest that Pathak, Principal Secretary of the Prohibition Department in the Government of Bihar, was upset over a complaint filed against him for ill-treating the Deputy Collector during training, NDTV reported. In November, the Bihar government in Gaya filed the complaint.

The state government responded to the officer's conduct that disciplinary action would be initiated against him.
