Mumbai: Salman Khan's much-anticipated film, Tiger 3, is gearing up for a grand release on November 12, and its advance booking status is already making headlines.
According to film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Tiger 3 has sold an impressive 1.99 lakh tickets a day ahead of its release.
Taran Adarsh shared the advance booking details on X, stating, "Exclusive…Tiger 3 advance booking status at national chains… Note: [Sunday] Day 1 tickets sold…PVR Inox: 1.61 lacs, Cinepolis: 38,000, Total: 1.99 lacs tickets sold."
In a previous update on Instagram, Taran Adarsh provided a glimpse of the early numbers for both Day 1 and Day 2 combined. "Exclusive… Tiger 3 advance booking status at national chains… Note: [Sunday] Day 1 tickets sold… Friday, 6 pm update…PVR Inox: 1.40 lacs, Cinepolis: 35,000, Total: 1.75 lacs tickets sold. Tiger 3 [Monday] Day 2 tickets sold…PVR Inox: 60,000, Cinepolis: 13,000, Total: 73,000 tickets sold."
The film's runtime has also seen an increase with additional footage. Initially clocking in at 2 hours, 33 minutes, and 38 seconds, the revised duration now stands at 2 hours, 36 minutes.
Taran Adarsh mentioned, "Exclusive… ‘Tiger 3' run time increased - additional footage added… The revised run time [certified 6 Nov 2023], after additional footage, is 2 hours, 36 minutes, 00 seconds."
The Tiger 3 advance booking commenced on November 5, and it has witnessed a robust start.
Salman Khan's latest venture, the third installment of the Tiger franchise, is backed by Yash Raj Films and directed by Maneesh Sharma. Alongside Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif reprises her role, and Emraan Hashmi is also part of the cast.
Fans can expect a thrilling cinematic experience when Tiger 3 roars into theaters on November 12.
