The much-anticipated trailer for 'Indian Police Force' has finally arrived, offering a glimpse into Rohit Shetty's debut web series.
Released on Friday, the three-minute trailer introduces Sidharth Malhotra as Kabir Malik, a Delhi Police Officer leading a team on a mission to apprehend a criminal responsible for multiple bomb blasts in the city.
The 'Indian Police Force' trailer kicks off with a devastating blast in the city, setting the tone for a high-stakes pursuit. Sidharth Malhotra's character, Kabir Malik, emphasises the gravity of the situation, stating, "Snaap hamare saath khelna chahta hai. Par hum khelte nahi… Delhi Police khel khatam karti hain (The snake wants to play with us. But we do not play games, the Delhi Police ends it)!"
Shilpa Shetty makes a promising entry, warning Sidharth's character about his past reputation. As the chaos escalates with multiple blasts, the Delhi Police team unites to unravel the mystery behind these attacks.
The cop action drama, conceived by Rohit Shetty and directed by both Shetty and Sushwanth Prakash, marks Shetty's digital directorial debut. The series is headlined by Sidharth Malhotra and features a stellar ensemble cast including Shilpa Shetty, Vivek Oberoi, Shweta Tiwari, Nikitin Dheer, Rituraj Singh, Mukesh Rishi, and Lalit Parimoo in significant roles.
Rohit Shetty took to Instagram to share the trailer, announcing, "The hunt begins 19th January onwards… Indian Police Force, new series only on @primevideoin."
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Shetty expressed pride in the series, saying, "Indian Police Force is an integral part of my journey as a creator in the cop-verse that I and my team at Rohit Shetty Picturez have built with years of hard work and commitment."
