I see good things about Hitler also, says Kanye West on conspiracy theorist's show

American rapper Kanye West has doubled down on his antisemitic comments and said he likes Hitler and sees the "good things" about him. He appeared on a podcast run by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones along with a white-nationalist internet personality Nick Fuentes.

Ye has been making antisemitic remarks for the past few months and has lost several brand deals over the offensive behaviour.

Jones said he did not like Nazis or Hitler. West responded by saying: "I like Hitler. They did good things too, we've got to stop dissing the Nazis all the time." Jones was giving him a chance to distance himself from the recent controversy. He said: "You're not Hitler, you're not a Nazi, you don't deserve to be called that and demonized."

After saying he see good things about Hitler, he went on to Holocaust denialism. West has been appearing on several right-wing podcasts and shows for the past few months and reiterating his views on Nazis.

He also said: "The Jews...I love everyone, and the Jewish people are not going to tell me 'You can love us and you can love what we are doing to you with the contracts, and you can love what we are pushing with the pornography', but this guy that invented highways, invented the very microphone that I use as a musician, you can't say out loud that this person ever did anything good and I am done with that. I'm done with the classifications. Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler," reported The Independent.

He also mocked newly re-elected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying he had a funny name.

Hours after the interview was released, he posted an image of a swastika depicted inside a Star of David on Twitter. Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced that Kanye West's Twitter account is being suspended days after being reinstated.
