Kannur: Actor- director Vineeth Sreenivasan and his college mate Divya Narayanan who have been dating since the past eight years tied the knot Thursday at Kannur Dinesh Auditorium here.
Vineeth is the son of veteran actor and script writer Sreenivasan.
The marriage function, held at Payyannur, his hometown, was attended by prominent figures from the film fraternity and politics.
Divya, who originally hails from Payyannur, is daughter of G Narayanan and Usha. They are now settled in Chennai. Divya was Vineeth's junior at a college in Chennai where they studied.
Vineeth's recent film Thattathin Marayathu had garnered rave reviews, making him the current flavour of the season.
Vineeth is also a proven lyricist and playback singer.
