Trends from Kerala Poll Results: BJP Kerala chief K Surendran loses both seats

BJP's Kerala unit chief K Surendran has virtually lost both the seats he contested. According to the latest figures, Surendran is trailing by 1,143 votes in Manjeswaram and has been pushed to a third place in Konni. Similarly, another heavyweight BJP candidate E Sreedharan is now trailing to UDF's candidate Shafi Parambil by over 1,200 votes. Currently, no BJP+ candidate is leading from any of the seats.

In a sudden turn of events, BJP's E Sreedharan, who was leading in Palakkad, has been pushed to the second place by UDF candidate Shafi Parambil. UDF is leading by 178 votes. With this, NDA has been reduced to lead in 0 seats.
