Kohima: The ruling Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) nominee Medo Yhokha leading in the by-election to the Southern Angami I seat while Independent candidate T Yangseo Sangtam was ahead in the Pungro Kiphire constituency in Nagaland, as per trends.
