Lenskart's Peyush Bansal seeks land for factory near Bengaluru airport

Peyush Bansal, the Co-founder and CEO of Lenskart, has unveiled plans to establish the company's next mega factory near Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru.

Requesting 25 acres of land for the project, Bansal reached out for potential opportunities, expressing Lenskart's interest in acquiring suitable factory land in the vicinity.

"Lenskart is looking for 25 acres of land within 60 km of Kempegowda Bengaluru International Airport to build its next mega factory. If any company is looking to sell factory land near the Bengaluru airport, please send an email to: megafactory@lenskart.in," mentioned Bansal on LinkedIn.

Responding promptly to Bansal's inquiry, Karnataka's Minister for Commerce & Industries, Infrastructure, MB Patil, emphasized the state's attractiveness for investment. He assured Bansal of the government's support and readiness to facilitate all necessary arrangements for the project. Patil swiftly directed concerned officials to extend assistance to Bansal in establishing the unit in Bengaluru.

According to PTI, the Minister promptly issued instructions to officials to assist Bansal in setting up his manufacturing unit in Bengaluru.

Aside from his business endeavors, Bansal is recognized as a judge on Shark Tank India, a popular television show showcasing entrepreneurial talent.

His active participation in the show's third season, which recently concluded, saw him making investments in several promising startups. From revolutionary technological solutions to innovative healthcare concepts, the show featured remarkable pitches, celebrating the entrepreneurial spirit and propelling startups toward success.
