CBI to ask Interpol, Britain to arrest Nirav Modi

New Delhi: Having traced Nirav Modi to London, CBI reportedly will approach Interpol and UK authorities to nab fugitive Indian diamantaire.

Sources say that CBI will press Interpol UK to ensure Modi doesn’t get away from there. Because it is highly likely that he might leave the country on a different identity.

Indian agencies understand that he was frequently travelling to European countries. Last year he went to countries including France, Hong Kong, the US, and Belgium.

Earlier, UK and Interpol informed Indian agencies of his presence in UK but they couldn’t pin down on his location.
