Thalassery: A Vigilance probe has been ordered into the disproportionate assets case filed against senior Congress leader KC Joseph.
The Thalassery vigilance court on Friday ordered the Kozhikode Vigilance cell to probe the assets amassed by the former minister and his family during the five-year term of the previous UDF government.
The court also asked the Kozhikode vigilance DySP to submit the report by November 29.
The order is following a PIL filed by Iritty native K A Shaji against Joseph, his wife, and their son Ashok Joseph for amassing disproportionate assets.
