Kozhikode: The body of a 13-year-old student, who was drowned in the Iruvazhinji river when he was bathing, was retrieved on Saturday morning.
A team of the Kerala Fire and Rescue Services spotted the body of Nihal, son of K. Mohammed and Nisara hailing from Chennamangallur in Kozhikode, at around 11 a.m.
The accident occurred around 5.30 p.m on Friday at Mangalassery bank of the river.
